Keep it up, is an idea born to improve the lives of athletes and coaches. Founded in 2010, we aim to empower them with knowledge and lots of practice to implement that knowledge. Our drive for excellence is to focus on minute details of how a particular skill is implemented. We believe in the CDEF formula.
Communication: Effective communication helps players have better interaction with the ball, space, teammates and opponents.
Decision Making: Quick decision making skills are imbibed in the players to ensure they take strategic decisions keeping all aspects of the game in mind.
Execution: Creative execution skills help the player apply best suited techniques that they have learnt in a physical game
Fitness: We consider Fitness to be a top priority as it defines a player's game. Our academy works to build a player's stamina, endurance and strength so that he or she is able to put the best foot forward in the game.
Prateek Chawla is the founder and Technical Director of Keep It Up who founded the organisation in 2010 to develop and train the young footballers between the age of 4-16 years. He has devoted his life towards the game and wants to help Indian Football by producing the best young technical footballers who can help India qualify for FIFA World Cup.
Player development is what we live for. We focus on their holistic development through 5 core foundations of the game - Technical, tactical, physical, psychological and social
It is our number one priority to educate the parents and counsel them on how to support their child in their sporting journey.
Coaches at Keep it up are experienced to work with players of different age groups and ability. With every new player and training session, our coaches are constantly evolving from the challenges game throws at them.
