Keep It Up is a sports learning platform where we make s/ ports fun and easy to learn through online and on ground trainings. We provide complete guidance to young players who are ready to transform themselves into athletes and counsel parents how they can support their child in his sporting journey.

What types of training are available at Keep It Up?

We provide all types of trainings cater to young player sporting needs. We offer wide variety of trainings such as Online Training, On-Ground Training and 1 On 1 Training.

What do you teach online?

We cover all topics related to Technical Training, Tactical Training, Physical Training, Sports Psychology. A complete training encyclopedia will be provided to young players and parents to kickstart their sports journey.

What level of sports training do I need to have to learn from Keep It Up?

You can be of any level, it doesn’t matter as we cover beginner, intermediate and advanced level. All lessons are easy to understand and well explained in Hindi & English.

Is there any age criteria to join?

We begin training players from the age of 4 years. If the child is minor, parent can access the content and put learnings into application. If player is older than 14 years, he/she can access the content on his own and seek maximum advantage from trainings.

Who will train us?

You deserve the best. That is why we made a team full of coaches and professional players with a rich history of playing and coaching experience. They all have represented at International, National, State and District level.

How much new content will be added to the platform every day?

Your learning is upon us and we have already made a content covering all areas to give you best training information available on the web. We will keep uploading new content to give you latest and fresh content related to sports.

Which trainer will take my classes?

One trainer doesn’t suffice the need for a sports athlete. Therefore, at Keep It Up we try to give you different trainers from various fields such as Sports, health, psychology, nutrition, and physiotherapy.

What is Online Training?

Online Training helps you achieve your sporting goals in the guidance of experienced trainers. All the learning content will be taught to you through videos that you can watch according to your own schedule and convenience. You can even do it together with your experts and apply the learnings straightaway. Your trainers will assess your performance level and create a training plan for you to unleash your potential.

What is On Ground Training?

On ground training offers sports training programs for our athletes (4 to 16 years) at different venues located in Delhi NCR. Our venues are equipped with world class infrastructure, age appropriate training, learning modules designed by licensed coaches. You may check out the venues here

What is 1 On 1 Training?

Young Players need special attention when it comes to their training, health and diet. 1 on 1 training offers a unique program that is tailor made for each individual and provide him the best team of coaches. This team has a Sports Trainer, Nutritionist and a health professional who constantly guide him in his journey of sports.

Is there any assessment in 1 On 1 Training?

Yes. An expert will get in touch with you and seek few details to create a personalized plan based on your needs and requirements.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

No, just like true gentlemen, we are going to ask you formally on your mobile num. Based on your approval, we are going to go ahead.

Do you have any hidden fees or binding periods?
